A netizen shared an experience to the people by the use of Raffy Tulfo Online Supporters, where they had claimed that the money they saved on BDO bank allegedly disappeared.
According to the client, it was July 14th when they’d opened their account to BDO and entrusted their money on the bank, despite the negative feedbacks they have read on the internet.
The money they had put on was P52,059 and they were shocked to find out that on the next day, their balance was only P1,900.
“Paano natransfer ni scammer yung pera ko.. Paano nakuha ni scammer ang user id (ID) ko eh kayo lang naman may alam lahat (ng) details ko.” [How did the scammer transfer my money.. How did they get all of my informations when you were the only ones who knew it?])
To confirm about another person’s withdrawal on their account, they immediately consulted to the bank and turns out that there was indeed an online withdrawal. The clients were firm that it was not them and that they were heavily asleep on the time of the money extraction.
They were disappointed of the bank who could not safely secure the money they entrusted. Saying that they should be more vigilant on things like this and raise awareness.
On the other party’s side, the bank explained that it would take 20 days to thoroughly investigate the situation and saying there is no guarantee the stolen money could be retrieved.
